The Master Trainer Program (MTP) combines the intricacies of exercise and nutrition science with in-depth content on nutritional strategies to manage lifestyle related disorders such as obesity, diabetes, PCOD, hypertension, Osteoporosis to name a few. As a certified Master Trainer you will be proficient in developing complex fitness program and dietary strategies catering to an array of clients like an athlete who wants to improve his/her performance , a gym client who wants to prepare for a marathon or providing nutrition guidance and monitoring workouts for a hypertensive client. This certification program not only adds credibility to your resume but also allows you to offer a wider range of services to your clients.

The program offers both nationalÂÃÆ’‚ (Sports, Exercise, Fitness and Leisure Skill council (SPEFL-SC) and international (EREPS) accreditation as well as ACE (American Council on Exercise) continuing education credit (cec) points making the Master Trainer Program unique and stand apart in the crowd of fitness courses.

  • Design and implement customized workout plans according to the client need and goal.

  • Master additional functional skills such as Olympic lifting, Kettlebell, Plyometric and Suspension training to add variety in the clients workout.
  • Plan and monitor nutritional status for active healthy adults looking for anabolic adaptations, effective fat loss strategies and athletes wanting to improve performance.

  • Evaluate nutrient and supplementation requirement for improving human performance and function.
  • Learn effective diet and exercise strategies to manage clients with lifestyle related disorders such as Diabetes, Hypertension, PCOD, Osteoporosis.
